Billing questions
No surprises.
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period. A first purchase, monthly or yearly, can be refunded in full within 14 days of that purchase. After those 14 days, there is no partial refund.
What counts as a check?
One agency_check call is one check. Follow-ups that answer a Clarify question, describe_ruleset, explain_rule and get_receipt are free.
When does my allowance reset?
All plans reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Pro starts with 300 checks in your first month, then 50 a month.
Do I need a card for Free?
No. Sign in with Google and you get 20 checks a month.
Is yearly really cheaper?
Yes. Pro yearly is $79. Twelve months at $9 is $108, so yearly saves you $29.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Manage billing on your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A first purchase, monthly or yearly, can be refunded in full within 14 days.
